In all 12 categories of the Reliability and Service awards, we delve into our readers' experiences to reveal the winners, so that you have 20,000 people to call on when you're next buying a piece of hardware or software.

This year we also presented six Editorial Awards, with Software of

the Year decided by reader vote and the rest judged by PC Pro's 20-strong team of editorial staff and contributing editors. This year also sees the launch of the new Environmental Innovator award, judged in partnership with Sustain IT.
