Posted on 4 Dec 2007 at 11:59
The annual PC Pro Awards were held in London's Science Museum last night, and we can now reveal the winners of the IT industry's most prestigious gongs.
This year, 20,000 people gave their feedback on the products and services they've purchased, giving us an unrivalled insight into the products and customer service offered by the industry's leading names.
In all 12 categories of the Reliability and Service awards, we delve into our readers' experiences to reveal the winners, so that you have 20,000 people to call on when you're next buying a piece of hardware or software.
This year we also presented six Editorial Awards, with Software of the Year decided by reader vote and the rest judged by PC Pro's 20-strong team of editorial staff and contributing editors. This year also sees the launch of the new Environmental Innovator award, judged in partnership with Sustain IT.
We've listed the winners of all our awards below. Check out the February 2008 edition of PC Pro (on sale 13 December) for your free awards magazine, which contains full details of how every major company in each sector fared.
Finally, our thanks to everyone who took part in this survey. It simply wouldn't be possible without you!
