Is this the first of the Google phones?

Details have emerged of a new HTC mobile handset that could be one of the first devices to use Google's Android platform.
Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and boasts two cameras for videocalls.
A new device from HTC called the Clio has just cleared the US Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) testing stage.
According to the test report issued by the FCC the unit supports GSM, EDGE and HSDPA, features Wi-Fi and

At the request of HTC, no photographs of the device are included with the filing, however, the schematic shows a horizontal FCC badge hinting that the device is meant to be held horizontally, suggesting a QWERTY keyboard.
There is speculation this could be the long-rumoured Omni, which was apparently the device Google used to demonstrate its Android mobile operating system back in November.
