Contrary to the title, users don't have to be Mesh owners to join, but the site is focused on customer support: the company says most questions to do with Mesh machines will be answerable by the moderators, including concerns over delivery and warranty.
"Our customer service has been getting better but we want as many channels as possible for our customers to reach us by," says Nielsh Halai, Mesh's sales manager. "Our aim is to answer every query within two hours."
To do this the company promises to add as many moderators as is required to keep the service ticking over as more users join.
With only 150 active members as of today, the forum currently feels a little sparse but, as the company notes, "the quality of experience offered will grow in line with the number of user registrations. The larger the community, the better the experience for everyone."
