Comet hires Mesh for build-your-own PCs
Posted on 6 Aug 2007 at 11:13
Mesh Computers has won a potentially lucrative deal to supply build-your-own PCs for high-street chain Comet.
The British PC maker will offer base systems starting from £399 and allow customers to add extra components as required.
The Build Your Own Mesh PC section of Comet's site currently offers eight base systems, ranging right up to the quad-core Xtreme GTX Power system, for £2,199. Mesh offers 13 base desktop systems from its own website.
"Since 1987, over half a million people have chosen to buy direct from Mesh," claims Mesh's sales and marketing director, Tony Riccardi. "We are very proud to have been given the chance to offer our unique mix of quality, performance and value directly to Comet's customer base."
