Voting is underway in PC Pro's 2007 Reliability and Service Awards. Fill out our online questionnaire for your chance to win one of several superb prizes, including a £1,000 Rock laptop, a £450 bundle of Belkin accessories, and a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate.
The PC Pro Awards are the most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in Europe, let alone the UK. Why? Because they're based entirely on our readers' experience.
Last year the 16,000 readers who took part gave their verdict on almost 100,000 products and answered over a million questions.
They are now so well respected that IT manufacturers regard the results as the most dependable and honest assessment of their products and UK after-sales service.
In each category, we ask our readers to rate the reliability of the products they have bought, customer support (if applicable), and how satisfied they are - in particular, if they would buy from that company again.
We combine all this information to produce a numeric rating, and the company with the highest rating wins. If any companies are hot on their heels, they win a Highly Commended award.
