Dell's also throwing its financial clout around with costly green incentives, such as free recycling and its 'Plant a tree for me' scheme, which allows customers to offset their carbon emissions. 'It's the right thing to do for our customers, it's the right thing to do for our Earth,' proclaimed Michael Dell. Only time will tell if it's the right thing to do for the company.
