Free OS X training for .Mac members

Apple is adding $30 worth of online training to the list of benefits available to .Mac subscribers.
The training is broken down into several categories: working with your new desktop; configuring and customising your Mac; sharing Your Mac; working with applications; printing; setting up network and Internet access; using the Internet; and using Mail and instant messaging.
It includes 90 QuickTime movies and 9MB worth of practice files.
Other recent additions to .Mac include a free copy of DropStuff, for compressing email attachments, and $40 off the $79.77 price of StuffIt Deluxe, a collection of file compression and archiving tools.
