In.vision initially partnered with Quark to supply Xpress Author for Microsoft Word, which helps Word users to create reusable XML content for Quark's Dynamic Publishing Solution. Integrating the two companies will simplify implementation while extending

As part of the acquisition, Quark also gains products that support industry standards such as DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture), an XML-based architecture for authoring, producing, and delivering technical information, and SPL (Structured Product Labeling), developed by the US Food and Drug Administration for defining the content of prescription drug labelling.
In.vision will help Quark develop software for connecting to enterprise content management systems, especially Microsoft SharePoint.
