Leopard books

[MacUser]

We review five books that are designed to help you make the most of all those mouthwatering features in the Leopard armoury.

Leopard has more features than any previous version of Mac OS X and whether you're a beginner or a more experienced user, you could almost certainly do with a helping hand when it comes to making the most of them.

The fact that Apple doesn't include a comprehensive manual with Leopard means that we have to turn to third-party books for help. Luckily, there are plenty of them on the market. From pocket-sized, monochrome productions to larger, more extravagant, full colour publications, the titles covered here represent a broad, though by no means exhaustive, sample of those available in your local high street stockist and online.

Whether you need an author to hold your hand as you take your first steps with a brand new Mac or just want a reference book to dip in and out of occasionally, we're sure you'll find something here to meet your needs. The five publications reviewed range from £6.29 to £11.89 and are all available on MacUser's online bookstore.
