Welcome to the PC Pro Reliability & Service awards, the UK's largest survey of customer satisfaction when buying IT products and services. It's essentially a distillation of our readers' experiences, converted into straightforward star ratings: six out of six is exceptional, one out of six very poor.

We've designed this online version to be simple to navigate. There are 13 different categories, varying from wireless routers to graphics cards to laptops. So, if you're thinking of buying a new piece of IT kit, head here to find out how PC Pro's readers rate each company for customer service, for the reliability of their products and for their satisfaction - we usually measure this by simply asking, "Would you buy a laptop [for example] from this company again?"
