Diskeeper and SSD problem

Postby davidsym » Sat Apr 14, 2012 1:53 pm

I have installed Diskeeper from the PC Pro DVD and Hyperfast for SSD drives is available - until you register and enter the code. This has the effect of changing the configuration so that Hyperfast is no longer available and SSD drives are not recognised. As I have two SSD drives as well as three HDD, defragmentation takes place on all drives and cannot be disabled on the SSD drives. This will reduce the life of the SSD drives. I have tried re-installing but the same thing still happens. A pity as it is a useful piece of software - especially as it is free with your cover disc.
