What are good pc games with graphics that are not too high?
My computer's graphic card is not that high so not games like devil may cry 4 please. Street fighter worked for me but I have to lower every extra detail. I would be glad if a 2d ps3 game is available though unlikely to be. Anyway, WOW worked fine in my pc so any other games I can play online or offline?

I would try a browser game or something that doesn't require a download or install. I know Lord of the Rings Online went free-to-play late last year, that's probably a good one to check out! The graphics in the online role-playing game are pretty decent too!

Almost all PC games are scalable graphics wise. FOr example, Star Craft II will happily run on anything that was considered "mid range" three to four years ago. Sure it won't look as pretty but a mix of high and ultra settings on a 3850 run at ~30 FPS.
Like nafsee said, unless you give your full specs we can't really be to specific as to what will and won't run with acceptable FPS and still look good. Generally most console ports are quite easy for a modern PC with descreet GPU to run. There are exceptions if the game has been poorly converted etc. I can still run Street Fighter 4 and Resident Evil 5 on a 7900GTO flashed to GTX and an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (socket 939) with a bit of detail adjustment.
Post your specs and we can help more.

If you're looking for FPS games, Half Life 2 is a good choice. There are many other categories that have good games too. RPG games such as Neverwinter nights and Baldur's gate series are also fun to play

Well, most of games before 2003 run pretty ok on Intel Extreme Graphics 815 chipset. So if you have anything better, you should be able to play all that. I know coz i was assembling a really cheap computer for my cousin and this was inside it. Best way to test is with demos. If they run fine, full game will also run fine.

Lord of the Rings online had pretty good graphics, I liked it. I'd recommend this one as well.

There are too many games which you could enjoy, mostly games which were released in 2005-2007/08 dosn't require high graphics like Total Overdose(my Favorite), NFS most wanted and all time best GTA series. Enjoy
