If you want a super-serious hospital management simulation, this isn't it. Instead, you get a cartoon hospital filled with 'quirky staff and even quirkier patients!' that describes itself as a humorous medical soap opera. More Grey's Anatomy than ER, then.

Your task is to manage the day-to-day workings of the hospital, fill your coffers with cash and, most importantly, cure patients. A bit like being an NHS manager, then, plus curing patients. There's no Holby City-style gore, and all the illnesses are imaginary, so it's suitable for kids and squeamish adults alike. It's fun, but soon gets repetitive.
