Shadowrun is the new online shoot-'em-up from Microsoft.Choose from a selection of trolls, elves and dwarves, each withtheir own abilities, pick a weapon and dive into battle. It's a team game, so going it alone is likely to get you prematurely killed, but if you use a bit of teamwork to dispense with your opponents you can earn cash with which to upgrade weaponry and magical powers for your next bout. The graphics and animation are slick and it's all rather exciting, but with only nine levels and no solo mode it's not great value.
