The 1.4GHz Celeron is the last of Intel's chips to fit the old Socket 370 fitting found on Pentium III and Celeron motherboards of the last couple of years. And despite being 400MHz slower than the 1.8GHz Celeron, it's very nearly as fast as its bigger brother. Unfortunately, it's also very nearly as expensive. If you have a Socket 370 board, this is a good last chance at an upgrade, but make sure it works in your board - older 370 boards will not support this 'Tualatin' 0.13-micron processor electrically. SPECIFICATIONS:
Socket 370, 100MHz front side bus, 32K Level 1 cache, 256K Level 2 cache. Sponsored Links
