Internet backup for more than one PC. Might suit a small business; otherwise not great value.
IronMountain is a backup and data management specialist that offers remote backup services both directly and through various partners. Small businesses will appreciate the ability to manage the backup of several PC users through a single account. The user interface you get in your web browser isn't easy to use, but once you've figured out which settings you can ignore you'll eventually be able to create an account and download the client software, which, fortunately, is simple. Select the folders you want to back up and it does the rest, uploading your data to the server. The software compressed our 480MB My Documents folder to 96.8MB and backed it up in 33 minutes.
IronMountain is versatile and secure - fine for business customers, who may not have a huge amount to store but need convenience and reliability. At £6 a month for only 1GB, though, home users are better off with one of the other services.
