With similar styling to the Casio Exilim and Sony Cybershot T30 this camera's selling point is that it's aimed at the female digital user. Coming in three colours, including light pink, Fujifilm has gathered research indicating that the majority of pictures taken by women are 'people pictures' captured in low light situations at close proximity.

In response, it has created a camera with a sensitivity range up to ISO 1600 at full resolution. For the user this means less noise and crisper shots even in the darkness of a pub or club.

Z3 Zoom also includes a new Anti-Blur button which allows photos to be taken at a faster shutter speed to minimise hand shake and an 'intelligent Flash system' that is intended to insure no more over-exposed faces. It also boasts a Super CCD HR sensor that delivers 5.1 million effective pixels as well as 14 pre-programmed scene positions including a Dual-Shooting mode that takes two consecutive shots (one with flash and one without flash).

It has a high resolution 2.5 inch LCD screen with reinforced, scratch-resistant glass, 3x optical zoom lens and a slim design means it can be easily slipped into the smallest handbag or pocket.
