The F11 adds in more manual control, such as aperture and shutter priority modes, and faster focus response times in Macro mode - allowing objects to be photographed from as close as 5cm.
The LCD monitor has also been improved, now with a 153,000 pixel resolution, and battery life has been stretched further to 500 shots.
The F11 boasts a 6.3megapixel 'Super' CCD, 3x optical

It's quite quick off the mark, too, with shutter lag pegged at 0.01 seconds.
It supports the xD Card memory card format as well as PictBridge, so pictures can be sent straight to a printer without going through a computer, and also shoots VGA movies at 30fps.
Adrian Clarke, Director of Photo Products, Fujifilm, said, 'The performance of the FinePix F10 Zoom grabbed people's attention as soon as it launched. It has been a hugely successful camera for Fujifilm around the world, and this overwhelming demand persuaded us to introduce a second model with additional photographic control - for those wanting to be a little more creative. In particular, the high ISO of 1600 will be something that people will relish experimenting with.'
The F11 will launch in November. Pricing has yet to be announced.
