Will we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the GSM network by routing SMS messages through <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/technology/2009/05/invented-text-messaging.html"><strong>Friedhelm Hillebrand&#8217;s</strong></a> mobile?</p>
