		<description>I&#039;d say they are a technical concern in that they happen to technicans, and the reason they happen to technicians is that technical types are ill-equipped to escape the effects of the depression that follows.</description>

		<description>Umm, I don&#039;t get it. I must be missing something as Mr Cassidy is an excellent writer. 

Is it that the France telecom tragedies are not actually a technical concern, and more a social one or that technical people are actually human after all, and deserve to be treated as such?</description>
