I was pretty surprised by the Left4Dead2 announcement. I mean, they still have a ton to deliver for the original game so why come up with a new one instead of trying to fix the old one first? I can totally understand why there are a lot of L4D fans calling out for a boycott of the sequel.

Very unexpected (but pleasant) surprise that Monkey Island coming back... but haven't been convinced by Telltale's episodic content. Their Sam & Max games are too short for my liking and I don't think the storyline is as well as the original... I hope the MI games work better. The remake looks pretty decent too, similar artwork to MI3 which is welcome.

The other news doesn't bother me tbh, sequels of the other games aren't exactly surprising and aren't the sort of game I'd play
