I fixed it by going to options - Player, then tick conect to internet (Overrides all other commands). This fixed the issue. It may not be the same for MS's new flagship OS, but hey they are not Apple, who seem on the whole to produce a much better OS. Good luck. I for one am looking forward to the RTM version.
