hi there i hav a touch diamond 2 with wm6.5 os n all of these methods to hard resetin the device doesnt want to work.is it posible that the new os is doing this torture to me?

i took my phone to an electronical store to hared reset my phone, u don brelive i had to pay 15$ for that, i think i owe u 15$

while holding down the vol up and down button, press the power button, not the soft reset button.

you have to turn the htc on after pressing the reset whilst holding the volume buttons. You left that bit out!!

Windows is the cause you ned to do a hard reset in your device. We need Android for our devices…
