		<description>One interesting scenario could be that, if phorm, is deployed many people will start to consider using encrypted connections/tunnels/proxies etc to defeat snooping. 

Then this will also defeat UK Government&#039;s similar desires to snoop and record all individuals UK internet use/traffic, which maybe no bad thing.

 Internet users will become more sensitive to tracking adverts, cookies and personal privacy issues. So consequently Phorm may help us give gain more control and privacy, no bad thing.</description>
