		<description>Lol! I have had emails from IT managers where I work saying email servers are down. The emails are inevitibly received after the crisis is over (i.e. when the servers are up again and able to send emails). When questioned, the individuals sending the offending emails don&#039;t even realise that they have done anything wrong!</description>
