Hmm... Transform the PC eh?

Could that be. An irritating lump of software that requires so much life-support to keep the bad guys out, that it's reduced to a sluggish NAGGING pain in the arse.

Yet more BS from Redmond.

Innovation and value proposition?

What utter gibberish. Useless, pointless marketing drivel that cretins will think is clever. Increasingly polls are showing such twisted language puts people off the product and the company that uses it.

Simple fact is there's nothing new about opening a shop and selling things at too high a price for most normal people to afford, or even be interested in. If Microsoft want to sell Windows 7 charge £80 for it and have one version only where the installer can be used to remove half the Microsoft rubbish that most people don't want.

I'm still looking for a way to force the users/username directory to point to a second HDD, and permanently remove the blizzard of pointless folders forced upon me.
