		<description>Not the 1st time the Government &amp; OFCOM appear to have not looked outside of major cities: the same thing has happened with the digital switchover, while Digital UK are more than happy to talk up the success of the switchover they clearly haven&#039;t spoken to people in Cumbria (like I have).

It&#039;s disappointing that this attitude has crossed to broadband: a friend in Stockholm is hooked up at 100Mbps at the equivalent of £15 right now, so why hasn&#039;t that happened in London?

Looks like I&#039;ll have to move to Scandinavia if speeds don&#039;t increase soon...</description>
