		<description>Yes but you are missing the vital consideration, ie that Gordon Brown is a dork who forms all his action plans on the basis of advice from that well-informed champion of the Internet, The Daily Mail. It&#039;s exactly the sort of pointless tw*ttery that makes for a good press release and therefore fulfils the New Labours Mission Statement, best summed up as: For God&#039;s Sake Look Busy. I&#039;m not worried about this Crime Map giving tealeaves ideas because none of them are ever going to look at it.  It will get about as many hits as John Major&#039;s Cones Hotline got phone calls, ie one, by somebody who thought it was for ordering a 99.</description>
